I do not even like shrimp, and I rarely eat it. However the garlic butter shrimp from Famous Kahuku Shrimp Truck easily made it to the top of my list of food I ate during my visit to Oahu. They put extra garlic butter sauce all over the shrimp AND the rice. They even hooked it up with extra shrimp. It was so good I had to get seconds.

My go to shrimp truck when visiting Oahu. I like it more than the other shrimp trucks and the wait isn't stupid long. Their butter and spicy garlic shrimp are *chefs kiss* Combine that with some garlic rice and this is a satisfying meal. There's some parking reserved for the place but it can filled up.
